Description:

A five-day workshop around the rich repertoire of the abbess Hildegard von Bingen. We will work from reproductions of the original manuscripts. Themes in the workshop are pronunciation and meaning, structure and construction, cheironomy versus neumes, bourdons and other creative options and of course vocal flexibility due to the great ambitus of Hildegard’s music.
